The Boeing Engineering Test & Technology (ET&T) Supply Chain organization is seeking Procurement Agents to join our team in Seattle, WA; Everett, WA; Renton, WA; Tukwila, WA; El Segundo, CA; Huntington Beach, CA; Arlington, VA; Berkeley, MO; Huntsville, AL; Oklahoma City, OK; Mesa, AZ; or Ridley Park, PA.

ET&T is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Experienced, Senior, and Lead level Procurement Agents.

Position Responsibilities Include:

Assist in negotiations in contract pricing and terms and conditions to achieve cost savings and maximize valuePlan requirements within our remote order entry system, E-PARTS and GOLD, to maximize efficiency and value of the procurement processDraft, review, and administer purchase orders in accordance with government regulations (Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Boeing organizational policies in SAP S/4 HANAEnsure contract compliance throughout the procurement lifecycle, including monitoring performance and resolving any issues that may ariseAnalyze pricing proposals and cost estimates to determine fairness, reasonableness, and cost-effectivenessStay up to date with federal, state, and local procurement regulations, ensuring all activities are in full complianceMainly in support of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) ContractingPrepare and submit required documentation, reports, and certifications as needed in Electronic Procurement Information Center (EPIC)Identify and mitigate risks associated with procurement activities, including supplier performance, contract terms, and delivery schedulesMaintain accurate records and documentation of procurement activities in Electronic Procurement Information Center (EPIC)Generate reports for internal stakeholders as necessary

This position is hybrid.  This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.  This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years of experience with Procurement3+ years of experience with managing/interfacing with suppliers3+ years of experience negotiating directly with suppliersExperience with Microsoft Excel and data Manipulation

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

5 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience10 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienceProficiency in using procurement software and tools.Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.

Typical Education/Experience:

Experienced (Level 3)

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Senior (Level 4)

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

Lead (Level 5)

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 15 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+13 years' related work experience, 19 years' related work experience, etc.)

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Shift:

This position is for 1st shift. Some nights and weekends may be required based on business needs.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.  

Summary pay range for experienced level: $69,700 – $108,100

Summary pay range for senior level: $88,400 - $138,000

Summary pay range for lead level: $108,800 - $170,200
