Key Responsibilities:
Manually key requisitions to purchase ordersSend purchase orders to vendors Obtain and enter purchase order confirmations (manual & EDI)Update and maintain purchase order status through product receiptExpedite and follow up on past due ordersBeginner-level data management skills – review and updatePrompt and appropriate customer service skills Promptly escalates for assistance to resolve open issuesParticipate in process development or continuous improvement activitiesRequired Qualifications:
2 years Supply Chain Experience Basic Microsoft Office Suite Experience including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (create, open, modify, save, and send). Will consider equivalent tool experiencePreferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degreeHealthcare Supply Chain Experience and/or product line knowledgeData management skills including data analysis, report evaluation and/or creationProfessional and prompt customer service with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholdersCurrent certification from Association for Supply Chain Management (ASCM), Institute for Supply Management (ISM), International Society of Logistics (SOLE), Association for Supply Chain Management (NCMA), Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP), Institute of Business Forecasting & Planning (IBF), Project Management Institute (PMI), or Institute for Process Excellence (IpX)Licensure/Certification Qualifications:FTE:1Possible Remote/Hybrid Option:
