So, if you get excited about making a real difference as part of a winning team like we do, we want to hear from you.** **The Headlines:** In the role of **Procurement Analyst** in Milwaukee, WI, you will be part of the Glass and Secondary Packaging procurement team; this role is responsible for: + Supporting glass, fiber, adhesives, kegs, plastics and other packaging Category and Supply Managers in their sourcing and supply initiatives; + Requesting and managing data for glass and secondary packaging categories from material creation to contract execution in MCBC systems; + Work directly with suppliers to ensure policies and processes are followed for MCBC transactional requirements; + Support strategic category initiatives with suppliers and stakeholders and; + Complete project work as assigned This position reports to **Sr. Category Manager,** Fiber and works closely with cross functional teams and supplier partners. **The Responsibilities:** **Accounts Payable Issues Resolution** + First point of Procurement escalation for all glass and secondary packaging supplier Accounts Payable discrepancies for US and Canada; + Ensure suppliers and stakeholders are adhering to MCBC processes and procedures; + Identify process gaps within P2P process and suggest continuous improvement opportunities **Supplier Coordination** + Process ZPCK and FLOW tasks for new packaging materials for US and Canada + Work with glass and secondary packaging category owners to provide input on supplier performance for Quarterly Business Reviews + Liason between MCBC and supplier on EDI, ERS and Supply Chain Finance set up + Process reconciliations and supplier rebates for all glass and secondary packaging categories **Category Focus** + Have a complete understanding of all glass and secondary packaging categories including but not limited to overall sourcing strategy, strategic suppliers and key stakeholders + Manage glass and secondary packaging spend data including spend by cost driver, impacts of changes in the category as well as develop and maintain file that supports LRP and AOP financial inputs + Support glass and secondary packaging category owners on innovation initiatives including attending product launch meetings, coordinating samples and trial material requests as well as provide pricing analysis and feedback + Project work and commodites for glass and secondary packaging categories as assigned **System Management** + Create new SAP contracts annually and update pricing in US and Canada for all glass and secondary packaging categories + Coordinate and provide appropriate support to Global Business Services (GBS) to enable contract creation, adding new suppliers and maintain contract files. + Lead year-end process to ensure contract SAP contract set up is completed succesfully + Audit systems to ensure proper setup for contracts (Prices, terms, etc.) and vendor master data (Payment terms) + Identify opportunities for improvement + Utilize ARIBA to upload completed contracts and maintain sourcing projects **The Other Qualifications:** • 2 or more years of relevant experience • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience with MS tools - Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
