Procurement Analyst
**Job Description** **Responsibilities:** + Adheres to Procurement's established standards and maintains currency in business analysis practices, procedures, and techniques. + Consults with users to identify, analyze, refine, and document business requirements. + Draft business communications, contracts, playbooks, training guides, and other related materials to support the Procurement team in identifying risks and opportunities and ensure alignment with the Procurement policies and procedures. + Processes third-party supplier contracts, NDAs, supplier name change amendments, and supplier terminations in accordance with the policies and procedures. + Supports the central housing of contracts, onboarding of contracts obtained through Raymond James mergers and acquisitions, and international contracts. + Support the Sr. Procurement Analyst to perform functional setups and maintain technical documentation for the Production database. + Support eProcurement, Purchasing, and Contract module maintenance, as necessary. + Collaborates with internal stakeholders and suppliers to address any discrepancies identified. + May conduct user acceptance testing to confirm Procurement requirements. + Reviews operational procedures and methods; maps current business processes; defines and analyzes business activities; identifies best practices; and recommends improvements. + Serves as a liaison between end users and stakeholders, including functioning as a subject matter expert (SME) in translating business requirements. + Maintain currency in analyst skills. + Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned. **Knowledge of:** + Functional, operational, and technical requirements of assigned project(s). + Procurement concepts, practices, policies, and procedures; contracting best practices. + Concepts, practices, and procedures analyzing business processes. + The use of technology in business.
