We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Procurement Analyst to join our Danfoss Drives Procurement Excellence Team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting procurement operations, supplier management, data analysis, and process optimization. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to procurement excellence.
 

Job Responsibilities Support procurement activities across business units, ensuring seamless P2P operations. Manage purchase orders, vendor follow-ups, RTV and system updates (delivery dates, tracking, material master, pricing, and purchase info records). Resolve receiving and invoice issues with vendors and warehouses. Create and maintain procurement reports, dashboards, and analytics using Power BI/Excel. Collaborate with stakeholders, ensuring timely process updates and vendor management. Drive process improvements, problem-solving, and decision-making. Handle ad-hoc reporting and act as a procurement super user. Background & Skills Bachelor’s degree in engineering (or) master’s in supply chain management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field (Preferred) 3 to 5 years of experience in procurement, Supply chain Industry Strong understanding of the procurement domain and P2P processes. Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (SAP, Ariba) and reporting tools; Power BI knowledge is a plus. Ability to work with complex data and generate meaningful insights. Ability to work with global teams and effectively communicate with stakeholders. Danfoss – Engineering Tomorrow
