What you will do…
 

Under the guidance of the Procurement Manager, Flexible Packaging, this position will be responsible for supporting the procurement of flexible packaging team across the various Campbell business units. Responsible for maintainingmultiple reports and  provide data analysis to buyer in the team.

Principal Responsibilities

Responsible for maintenance of several critical reports related to Quallity, Price Purchase Variance (PPV)%, pricing and forecast.Perform analytical activities that support the direction of the category and drives optimization across the portfolio. Responsible for submission of standard cost for all new items within flexible packaging category and responsible for maintenance of all contracts and invoice exceptions in SAP.Prepare and oversee monthly pricing projections and market conditions for all business units.Support the requirements of market reporting to provide strategic direction, and current conditions

Job Complexity / Scope:

Development of commodity components that drive cost within the packaging category and utilization of the commodity knowledge to support business objectives.Execute and provide input to strategy, manage and evaluate acquisition process (Sourcing, Developing and Negotiating) ensuring competitiveness and limiting the risk to Campbell Soup Company.Support Supplier Relationship Management programs that focus on Value, Quality, Service and Innovation.Ensure all SAP data base are up to dateSupports the development and reporting of Team key performance indicatorDevelop and actively promote Campbell's Supplier Diversity Strategy.Development and support of global cost models for packaging to share with global associates and create best practices.Commitment to Campbell Leadership Model.

What you bring to the table…

Required education: Bachelor’s degree

It would be great if you have…

Preferred education: MBA1 year of procurement and / or related supply chain experience, ideally Analytics or Buyer experience (category does not matter)Strong written and oral communication skills, decision making/problem solving and influencing.Strategic and analytical thinker.Normal corporate office environment with global travel as required to perform duties.

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between 

$53,800-$77,300

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
