Trade Investment Analyst (Procurement & Financial Operations)
This role involves handling and being responsible for the procurement and payment processes for various needs, such as staff housing, office supplies, and tools. The individual in this position will work closely with different teams and vendors to ensure purchase requests and orders are handled efficiently, invoices are processed on time, and expenses are recorded in compliance with company policies.
The Trade Investment Analyst also supports the Trade Investment Manager by (but not limited to):
Handling and organizing team expenses and supporting planning, analysis, as well as report submission
Maintaining accurate records
Supporting planning, analysis, and report submission
Requirements:
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in processing purchase requisitions and orders, data analysis, budget reporting & management, reconciling reports (e.g., TME to SAP), and handling accounts payable.
Skills:
Knowledge of procurement processes, financial management, and compliance requirements. Proficiency in data collection, validation, and analysis. Experience in creating reports, providing insights, and communicating data to partners. Proficient in SAP, MS Office, and databases. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Diligent, ensuring accuracy in records and documentation. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.Communication:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships. Effective communication with internal teams and external vendors. Average written and oral communication skills in English and Tagalog.Education: A graduate degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
