POSITION IS AN OPEN ENDED CONTRACT WITH POTENTIAL OPPORTUNITY TO GO PERMANENT WITH GOOD PERFORMANCE!

PAY IS $35!!

·       Maintains supplier registry, supplier

onboarding and administration.

·       Sets-up new materials and maintains data

related to plants, storage locations, quality management, MRP, and batch

management to insure the integrity of SAP procurement, logistics and demand

planning.

·       Assists with sourcing indirect

materials, working with suppliers to ensure orders conform with specification,

form relationships with vendors and resolving discrepancies associated to

invoices. 

·       Processes requisitions from various

groups and turning those requisitions into purchase orders.  

·       Prepares and process requisitions and

purchase orders for assigned categories.

·       Maintains supplier registry,

onboarding, and administration in Ariba.

·       Completes vendor and material set up in

SAP.

·       Administers master data fields in SAP

associated for supply chain planning, customer service, transportation and

procurement.

·       Reviews daily material requirements in

MRP and issue purchase orders for assigned material groups.

·       Works with suppliers to prevent or

solve late purchase orders

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $35.00
