Job Title: Procurement Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Associate to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have experience in purchasing, procurement, and supply chain management. This role involves managing purchase orders, assisting with shipping logistics, and ensuring timely approvals and documentation. If you have a strong background in procurement and ERP systems, we encourage you to apply.

ResponsibilitiesGenerate and fill purchase orders.Follow up on approvals of purchase requisitions.Assist in purchasing activities.Assist in handling shipping logistics.Create packing lists and related documentation, including shipping labels (FedEx, UPS, etc.).Schedule truck pick up.Essential SkillsExperience in purchasing and procurement.Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP and Dynamics.Strong skills in Excel.2 years of procurement experience.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in supply chain management.Skills in administrative support.Experience with order entry and vendor management.Work Environment

This position is based on-site, working Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm. Parking is included. The role reports directly to the Procurement Manager. There is an opportunity to extend the position beyond 90 days, dependent on workflow.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
