We have an opportunity for a Procurement Buyer II to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This position is an integral part of the supply management team working closely with Site Leaders, Commodity Leaders, Region Material Leaders and Buyers to maximize the effectiveness, compliance, and management of the tactical Sourcing function.

This is a hybrid role, 3 + 2 days model.

Key responsibilities

Process requisitions, place purchase orders, and track orders for Procurement and Operations.Perform material planning for externally sourced parts and maintain ERP material data.Ensure current order status information and expedite orders to avoid delays and extra costs.Manage rescheduling of direct materials and resolve invoice holds promptly.Maintain supplier on-time performance and prevent credit holds.

Key skills and qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred, especially in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations.At least 2 years of experience in Procurement, Buying, Commodity, or Supply Chain/Sourcing.Advanced proficiency in English and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
