The coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the vendor management process, ensuring compliance.
The role will help manage vendor performance and maintain data integrity to ensure cost-efficiency, risk mitigation, and operational effectiveness.
A successful candidate will have experience with aspects of vendor management.
key responsibilities
+ Manage the onboarding process for new vendors, including gathering necessary documentation.
+ Track contract renewal dates and ensure agreements are up to date.
+ Monitor vendors for adherence to the company's code of conduct, sustainability guidelines, and regulatory requirements (e.g., EU directives, sustainability goals).
+ Support the development of due diligence processes to mitigate fraud and compliance risks.
+ Maintain up-to-date certificates of insurance and other necessary vendor documentation.
+ Maintain a centralized vendor database and track vendor data.
+ Provide regular reports on vendor performance, vendor compliance, insurance expirations and contract status.
