Job Title: Procurement Coordinator
Job Description

The Procurement Coordinator is responsible for assisting with scheduling of grading for all programs and individual requirements. The role involves working directly with the Procurement Team to achieve departmental goals and maintain day-to-day operations. This includes collaborating with Program Managers, product vendors, and external grading services to meet comprehensive action plans, including resources and timeframes. You will perform various coordinating tasks such as scheduling, maintaining project documentation, and handling financial queries for grading fees and purchases. Additionally, you will work closely with buyers, follow up with vendors, track and push POs out, enter assembly work orders, return items, and work with A/P to ensure timely payment and/or credit to maintain vendor relationships. Ensuring coins returning from external grading services are processed and received according to required plans and deadlines is also a key responsibility.

Candidate will work a hybrid schedule after training: Monday to Wednesday in office, Thursday to Friday remote. The work environment includes a great office culture with large personal office spaces/desks, a brand new office, and extremely flexible schedule. The company ensures that employees are not required to drive in during a snowstorm. You will be working on a team of 5 individuals. Technologies used include Excel and Ecometry, although experience with Ecometry is not required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.04 - $26.92
