PROCUREMENT COORDINATOR

Your tasks at a glance • You answer procurement requests originating from clinics, employees at the head office, and call center.
• You process purchasing requests and run comparative analyses in terms of pricing from the different suppliers of the market.
• You work with the finance department to solve problematic invoices.
• You participate in the development of a tool to evaluate suppliers.
• You enter the right purchase orders in the Navision ERP for clinics.
• You support your respective clinics in ensuring their procurement processes are well followed.
• You help the team with any other requests to improve efficiency and service level for the clinics.
• You assist with order follow up and client satisfaction.
A clear view of your assets
• You hold a DEC in administration (or any equivalent degree) (an asset).
• Your university studies are considered an asset.
• You hold one to two years of experience in a similar position- procurement or purchasing.
• You have excellent organizational skills.
• You have excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite. 
• You can manage several tasks simultaneously and to find efficient solutions.• You are fluent in French and can also communicate in English, enabling you to interact with unilingual English-speaking colleagues outside Quebec.• You can work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
