Description We are seeking a technically savvy Procurement Coordinator to join our client's team. As a Procurement Coordinator, you will be an essential part of our procurement department, responsible for coordinating, reviewing, and managing the orders of goods and services. This is a contract to hire position with a hybrid work model, which allows work from both home and on-site when required. Key Responsibilities: + Review and process purchase orders, manage and resolve any discrepancies. + Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods or services. + Maintain detailed and accurate procurement records, including vendor details, goods procured, delivery schedules, and pricing. + Coordinate with internal departments to identify their material needs and procurement schedules. + Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure the best price, quality, and delivery times. + Analyze market trends and future needs to improve procurement strategies. + Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with local and international laws. + Assist in the planning, implementation and supervision of procurement supply strategies. Requirements Requirements: + Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. + Proven experience as a Procurement Coordinator or similar role. + Strong knowledge of procurement practices and supply chain management. + Excellent negotiation and communication skills. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software. + Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills. + Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling pressure. + Ability to work both remotely and onsite as per the requirements.
