Procurement Dashboard LeadJob Summary: The Procurement Dashboard Lead is responsible for development and maintaining procurement dashboards that provide real-time insights into procurement activities, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs). This role ensures that the procurement team, other PMCs and stakeholders have access to accurate and timely data to make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Dashboard Development and Management:
Design and develop procurement dashboards using data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).Ensure dashboards are user-friendly, visually appealing, and provide actionable insights.Data Collection and Analysis:
Gather and integrate data from various sources to populate dashboards.Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.Performance Monitoring:
Monitor procurement KPIs and performance metrics.Provide regular reports and updates to the procurement team and management.Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with procurement team members, clients and other stakeholders to understand their data needs.Ensure dashboards meet the requirements of different user groups and PMCs.Continuous Improvement:
Continuously improve dashboard functionality and data accuracy.Implement feedback from users to enhance dashboard features.Training and Support:
Provide training and support to procurement and Client team members on how to use dashboards effectively.Troubleshoot any issues related to dashboard functionality.Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.Experience:
Minimum of Total 15 years of work experienceMinimum 10 years in in data analysis or dashboard development, preferably in a procurement or supply chain environment, preferably within EPC or PMC environment in Oil, Gas or Petrochemical Projects.Skills:
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).Advanced knowledge of data visualization and dashboard design principles.Proficiency in procurement software and tools.Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to develop reporting and presentationsCertifications (Preferred):
Microsoft or Google Power BI CertifiedTableau Desktop Specialist Certified
