Job Summary

Support the global procurement team in terms of data & technology, by ensuring global procurement policy and procedures are followed. Enabling the implementation of new processes and tools inclusive of (data) governance and controls are in place globally.

Employ process/data mining techniques to achieve process synchronization, leading IFF’s processes to best in classSupport programs – consisting of a single or multiple project(s) – to upgrade the technology landscape for procurement from a data and process perspective.  Support opportunities for globalization and automation of administrative activities related to sourcing processes, clearance processes,  master data and costingSupport Sr. Procurement Leaders as well as cross functional leaders in strategic projects enabling the company to achieve it’s strategic objectives.  Support Ad Hoc projects as assigned to support Global Procurement strategyTool agnostic mindset, leveraging technical and data expertise to drive standardization and optimization.Other duties as ordered by the direct manager
