**Job Description Summary**
The Sr. Director, Regional Procurement Lead (RPL) for Global Occupier Services (GOS) is a senior leader within the Procurement team, dedicated to developing strategic partnerships and ensuring that Procurement strategies are aligned to deliver exceptional value to clients.
**Job Description**
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Leading a team of Procurement professionals to build strong relationships with leadership and drive initiatives that enhance client outcomes. Managing direct reports to support the account client delivery strategy, ensuring that the team masters procurement skills per industry standards through continuous learning and development initiatives.
+ Collaborating with C&W Client Delivery teams, function leaders, and Account Executives to ensure that procurement strategies are effectively executed, optimizing client satisfaction and success.
+ Supporting client pursuits and quarterly business reviews by showcasing the strategic value and bottom-line benefits of Procurement's contributions to client success.
Strategic Oversite-
+ Develop and implement strategic Procurement initiatives that significantly enhance client value and support business objectives, with a strong emphasis on diversity and sustainability goals.
+ Ensure account procurement strategies are comprehensive and deliver value, maximize efficiencies, and encompass creative and well-thought-out insights and innovative solutions.
+ Monitor and adjust procurement strategies and plans to ensure they meet organizational goals and deliver expected value.
Team Leadership and Development-
+ Provide functional guidance and management oversight to team resources and business unit subject matter experts (SME) for assigned activities.
+ Pursue professional growth and provide developmental opportunities for others based on performance feedback.
+ Incorporate Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) components into procurement strategies and team development to foster an inclusive and collaborative work environment.
+ Build collaborative, cross-functional relationships; foster open dialogue amongst team members.
+ Work closely with employees to set goals and provide open feedback and coaching to drive performance improvement.
Operational Excellence-
+ Responsible for decision making. Serve as liaison and escalation point for supplier relationships, ensuring high performance, continuous improvement, and risk mitigation, delivering superior services to clients.
+ Understand stakeholders’ business needs and maintain procurement knowledge and expertise.
+ Manage supplier relationships, risks, and performance to ensure alignment with account procurement strategies.
+ Oversee work assignments; align team efforts; build accountability for and measure progress in achieving results.
+ Measure success using data and analytics to track performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and demonstrate Procurement's impact on client outcomes.
Client and Stakeholder Management-
+ Engage stakeholders, collaborate and communicate effectively to ensure effective implementation and delivery of procurement strategies.
+ Build strong working relationships with business unit stakeholders to ensure requirements and considerations are incorporated into procurement strategies.
+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, continually demonstrating value and breaking down resistance to effectively manage spend.
+ Drive for results by consistently achieving goals and pushing to complete tasks by their deadlines.
+ Negotiate effectively for the organization with internal and external stakeholders
Cost Optimization and Value Creation-
+ Assess the supply market to identify opportunities for cost savings and value creation.
+ Execute procurement plans to realize benefits and deliver value.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred.
+ Must have at least 10+ years of relevant supply management experience.
+ Professional certification e.g., CPSM, CIPS, C.P.M., or evidence of continued professional growth
+ Strategic Thinking and Planning
+ Ability to develop and implement long-term procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
+ Proficiency in identifying market trends and leveraging them to create value.
+ Relationship Management
+ Expertise in building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams.
+ Skilled in fostering collaboration and driving successful negotiation outcomes.
+ Effective Communication
+ Mastery of both strategic and tactical communication, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
+ Strong oral and written communication skills to influence and engage a diverse audience.
+ Supplier Risk Management
+ Advanced knowledge of supplier risk management techniques to ensure the sustainability and reliability of the supply chain.
+ Capability to assess and mitigate risks effectively.
+ CRE/Integrated Facility Management Procurement
+ Deep understanding of procurement practices within a Corporate Real Estate (CRE) and Integrated Facility Management context.
+ Awareness of industry standards and best practices to optimize procurement processes.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $165,750.00 - $195,000.00
