Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Procurement Director in Lake Worth, Florida. This role is essential in our restaurant industry business, functioning primarily on-site. The chosen candidate will be integral in managing procurement processes, working closely with chefs and marketing teams, and making regular visits to other restaurant locations within South Florida. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with chefs to develop and present new menu items • Engage with marketing teams to promote menu items effectively • Utilize skills in 3M, Coupa, CRM, and Enterprise Resource Planning • Execute procurement processes in line with the specific needs of the restaurant industry • Conduct regular visits to local restaurants in South Florida for quality assurance and relationship building • Oversee and manage purchasing procurement and corporate procurement needs • Handle customer service inquiries and maintain customer relationships • Monitor and manage budget processes to ensure financial stability • Maintain accurate records and reports for upper management. Requirements • Must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in a procurement role. • Familiarity with procurement tools such as 3M, Coupa, and CRM is required. • Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions is a must. • Experience with About Time software is a plus. • Strong knowledge of Budget Processes is essential. • Must have a deep understanding of Buying Processes. • Excellent Customer Service skills are required. • Must have experience with Invoice processing. • Experience in Purchasing Procurement is mandatory. • Prior experience in Corporate Procurement is necessary. • GSEC certification is a plus.
