Job Description

The Procurement Finance Analyst supports the Procurement team with the goal of driving financial excellence through robust reporting, business analysis, and system development. The Procurement Finance analyst will provide key analytical support and subject matter expertise regarding all financial aspects of procurement. The Procurement Finance Analyst will be a key business partner to both Procurement Category Managers and Site / BU controllers.  

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

Geographic Scope: AFNANumber of colleagues directly reporting to this job: 0Implement procurement savings rules within BGEnsure savings project pipeline is on track and compliant with Procure Plus savings guidelinesAct as business group administrator for Global Savings Tracking Tool (GSTT) and Simfoni Spend Data - conducting new user training, support, and issue resolutionFacilitate procurement savings project review and approval with Finance Directors and Site / BU controllersLead the annual budget process for vendor rebates and raw material inflationAnalyze monthly procurement savings for site financial bridgesCalculate and support vendor rebate accrual by understanding spend data and contractual vendor rebate programsIdentify opportunities for automation or improvements in reporting and data analysis
