The Procurement Sourcing Intern supports the development of best-in-class procurement practices, including sourcing strategy development and deployment, management of external partners, ways of working and stakeholder management to maximize total value contribution for a specific sub spend area within the respective spend tower. This is managed in close collaboration with the regional procurement teams, MSC (Manufacturing & Supply Chain), Finance and MDS (Mondelēz Digital Services).
The role ensures compliance with policies, strategies, and processes to drive business value to Mondelez. He/She/They should ideally be pursuing an undergraduate degree in either Supply Chain, Business Administration, Business Management or Marketing. Experience and/or a general understanding of Procurement, Supply Chain or Marketing is desired, but not required. Candidates should be curious and innovative, as well as display a high degree of learning agility and be eager to deliver results which contribute to the overall success of the Procurement team.
Requirements and Preferred Qualifications
Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in: Supply Chain, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Business ManagementCurrently pursuing an undergraduate degree with a preferred expected graduation date between December 2025 and May 2026.Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Mondelēz International (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant status.
