Procurement Manager
TRS Staffing have a brilliant opportunity for a skilled Procurement Manager to join one of our established clients who are leader in maintaining Natural Gas Terminals in Europe.
This exciting position is a fulltime permanent role which will be office based in Pembrokeshire, Wales.

Key Responsibilities: As a key member of the leadership team, you will lead and manage the purchasing and supply of goods and services to the Terminal in a cost effective and ethical manner You will ensure that the procurement and warehouse processes are effective and that compliance exists within the tendering, contract management and spare parts processes.  You will lead on commercial negotiations and ensure that the appropriate terms and conditions are in place to protect the Terminal.  You will lead on key supplier/vendor liaison and will ensure contractual obligations are met You will also oversee the activities of Warehouse personnel including the efficient supply, receipt, inspection and storage of materials.
Required Qualifications and Experience: Member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) Bachelors degree preferably in business related field such as Business Management or Contract Management and Procurement Significant experience in the purchasing of maintenance and engineering services, equipment and spare parts with experience in the Oil and Gas industry. Ability to draft and negotiate contracts. Highly computer literate with experience of integrated computer systems. Knowledge of SAP S4 HANA is an advantage. Excellent negotiation, communication and business skills.
