Procurement Manager

My client is a multinational organization with both government and commercial contracts. They have a diverse, dynamic and highly collaborative work environment. They offer a total compensation package that includes salary ($130-170K based on experience), bonus, a comprehensive suite of benefits and a hybrid work environment (3 days in office and 2 days work from home). Key responsibilities: + Strategic Sourcing: Lead sourcing efforts, handle vendor proposals, and maintain a standardized sourcing process. + Contract Management: Draft moderate to highly complex contracts and engage closely with legal issues, maintaining a collaborative business relationship. + Category Strategies: Construct logical sourcing strategies in alignment with business lines and team members globally. + Supply Chain Management: Strategically manage the supply chain, including contractual manufacturers and tier 2 suppliers. + Business Collaboration: Work closely with business product and program teams to ensure optimum vendor delivery, service, quality, and pricing. + Cost Savings Projects: Develop, implement, and manage cost savings projects.
