A key part of this role is to support the Alliance Director in the overall governance and risk management of the account ensuring ongoing compliance to the client's requirements. **Key Responsibilities** Governance and Risk Management + Responsible for the overall compliance and governance of CBRE Contract with the client, including reporting requirements. + Develop and maintain risk management plans in consultation with workstream leads to ensure that risks are mitigated and disaster recovery and business continuity plans are in place. Procurement + Develop a procurement strategy aligned to the client’s core business objectives. + Create and deliver a sourcing plan for the delivery of all Facility Management supplier services to the client, leveraging CBRE purchasing power for the betterment of the client's portfolio. + Negotiate contracts ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, timely delivery and relevant legislative requirements + Establish strategic objectives with all suppliers to improve sustainability practices & decarbonization of supply chain. + Establish Indigenous engagement priorities into all procurement activities. + Oversee ongoing supplier contract management tracking and monitoring all cost and service variations + Develop and lead a supplier performance management framework for the delivery of all supplier services. + Manage relationships of key strategic suppliers to ensure service levels are met and continued focus on. innovation and ESG + Work with the operational teams to address supplier performance issues and coordinate agreeable outcomes for the account. + Support the operations teams with procurement requirements. + With the Alliance Director/Senior Portfolio Manager, provide support to the client's led ESG initiatives and annual plan. **Requirements** + Bachelor degree or equivalent qualifications in Supply Chain, Governance and/or Risk Management + Demonstrated 10 + years of experience in a similar role + Knowledge and demonstrated experience of Supply Chain and Procurement policies and processes and relevant legislation + Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills + Experience developing and managing supplier relationships + Ability and experience in developing strategic procurement plans, business reporting and documentation + Experience in working within an environment with Governance and Risk requirements + Proven ability to co-ordinate and manage key stakeholders and evaluation teams **What's in it for you?** + Working alongside an experienced and established team/leader + Our people are free to expand their skills and knowledge to drive their careers and reach their full potentia + Our mission is to realise the potential in all the businesses & people we work with, so that together we can create the real estate solutions of the future + We are driven by the entrepreneurial spirit of our people & the diverse needs of our clients.
