Are you a skilled procurement professional with a keen eye for strategy and an ability to build strong supplier relationships? As a Procurement Manager, you will take a lead role in sourcing, contracting, order management, and supplier development for non-stock procurement. You'll also play a key part in the successful implementation of SAP and help transition procurement processes to a more centralized system. This position is onsite within the Treasure Valley. Relocation and sign on bonus negotiable!
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Manage procurement activities, including raw materials and consumables, ensuring accurate and timely purchase orders.
🔹 Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers while leading the competitive bidding process.
🔹 Serve as the primary liaison with internal customers, ensuring service excellence and business objective fulfillment.
🔹 Develop and implement sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts, and analyze market trends to optimize procurement decisions.
🔹 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

✅ Experience with inventory management software and ERP systems.

Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience
• 7 years progressive Supply Chain experience
• Proficient in budget processes and buying processes
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Experience in handling invoices and financial documents
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, particularly Excel and Word
• Knowledge and experience in using SAP for procurement processes
• Familiarity with creating and analyzing RFP (Request for Proposal) documents
• Experience in inventory tracking and management
