Job Summary

This position is responsible for all BU’s SEA purchasing activities, supplier management, ensure meeting delivery dates, meeting inventory targets, sourcing (Direct & InDirect Materials), etc.
Vendor management and compliance with processes/policy and company objectives.
Establish program with vendors for operations excellence to manage cashflow, improve speed and accurate deliveries.
Establish/review procurement policies, processes and procedures while compliance to IR policies.

Meet inventory turns and inventory value target through purchasing activities and programs. Ensure on time delivery Maintain item cost Establish programs with vendor to improve cashflow and customer delivery Vendor performance management to improve on customer satisfaction Generate ideas and lead changes for improvement Setup or finetune purchasing policy, processes and procedures Setup KPI

Requirements
Minimum 8 years of experience with 2 to 3 years in managerial position in procurement, vendor management, sourcing. Result oriented person Data driven Ability to work in a multi-tasking dynamic distribution hub environment Strong problem solver, Think out of the box, comfortable with ambiguity Challenge the norms and lead change Strong interpersonal skills Shipping knowledge Lean project experience Knowledge of ISO preferred Fluent in English and Chinese Oracle and SAP user MS Office user
