As a Procurement Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to strategically select top-quality products and suppliers at the most competitive prices and overall terms. You will continually seek out opportunities to reduce costs, mitigate risks, and improve business conditions. Working in close partnership with internal stakeholders, you will identify and define their requirements, and draft, negotiate, and manage complex contracts. Your expertise in supplier relationship management will ensure that we maintain productive and mutually beneficial partnerships over the long term.
WHAT OUR PROCUREMENT MANAGERS ENJOY MOST
Leading the negotiation and contract management of large-scale, enterprise-wide volume purchase agreements under the guidance of senior team members.Proactively strategizing with business and technical owners to understand the needs of the organization.Researching and developing adequate sources of supply.Leading cross functional supplier selection activities through management of formal RFP, RFQ and RFI processes.Evaluating the financial stability of potential suppliers.Performing required business analysis with a strategic focus on total cost of ownership.Continuously seeking out cost savings opportunities and leads efforts to realize those savings.Managing overall supplier performance – including, acting as an escalation point in the event of non-performance.Developing a strategic category plan based on an understanding of business goals and objectives, the supply market and competitive benchmarking.As part of the Procurement Department, you will be a driving force behind the strategic sourcing and purchasing of goods and services that power Spectrum. Our expertise in securing the best possible price, quality, and overall value helps to ensure Spectrum’s continued growth and success. Through strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, we work tirelessly to bring innovation and efficiency to every aspect of our procurement process.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Demonstrated knowledge of the P2P process and ability to identify appropriate solutions for spend categoriesProcurement contract negotiation and contract management experience - 5+ years Electronic procurement and or contract solutions experience - 1-3 yearsPreferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain Management preferred Management or leadership experience – 3+ yearsWorking Conditions

The base pay for this position generally is between $88,200.00 and $156,600.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
