Procurement Manager - Global Data Center team

This role involves a hybrid work schedule, with one day working from our Bucharest office.
This procurement role supports Oracle's cloud businesses by contributing to and managing a professional staff that conducts contract negotiations, best value analysis, supplier and contract management in a dynamic, fast paced and exciting business environment support Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, NetSuite, Oracle Global Business Unit (GBU) Cloud Services, and Oracle Data Cloud.
Desired skills and training include:
Leadership experience including hiring and managing a professional staff, setting objectives, measuring and improving performance, establishing best practices, developing and enforcing policy, and making key decisions. Ability to develop Key Performance Indicators to measure performance and demonstrate service value proposition. Ability to deal with potentially confrontational situations with patience, diplomacy and tact. Confidently and appropriately exercise sound judgment. Ability to meet business critical deadlines and able to work effectively in team environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders on a regional, global, and/or virtual basis. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to successfully build relationships and influence individuals both up and down the organizational hierarchy. Knowledge of the Data Center and Telecommunication (network) industry is preferred. Project management experience managing global programs/projects, meeting deadlines, and driving business process improvement and automation. Successful, meaningful, experience in identifying, proposing, and implementing business process improvements. Strong organizational skills to manage and successfully complete tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic, deadline-driven environment. Strong contract, negotiation and procurement skills and experience. Procurement experience including sourcing, cost/price analysis, contracting, and supplier management. Understanding of corporate structures and experience managing contract novation, assignment, and assumption in a merger and acquisition context.Career Level - M2
