As Procurement team in Poland is growing we're looking for a person willing to join us on position of Procurement Manager specialized in IT Corporate Services. Apply if you have experience we require and you would like to take over responsibilities mentioned in the offer. If you speak German or French that definitely will be an asset!

 

 

What will you be doing?
Take responsibility for end-to-end procurement process for all information technology goods and services. Prepare and execute global procurement strategies for all IT hardware, software, and services in alignment with Head of Indirect Spend, Head of Procurement and IT Function Head. Build strong relationships with key IT vendors (e.g,. SAP, Microsoft) and negotiate to ensure satisfying contract terms. Continuously monitor sourcing market and analyse spend data to identify opportunities for cost reductions. Initiate and lead major sourcing projects generating cost reductions and drive complex IT RFP processes. Work closely with the CIO/IT management, key internal stakeholders, and Finance and Legal to understand business needs.  


 
What are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or relevant field (engineering degree would be an asset) Min. 5 years of experience in procurement ideally in area of Corporate Services Ability to maintain stakeholder engagement Data analysis skills Strong negotiations skills Highly developed change management to effectively lead high-value IT procurement activities in a dynamic technological environment Language skills: Corporate language: English C1 German or French would be an asset
