Molnlycke is now hiring a Procurement Manager in our Brunswick, Maine Facility! We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Procurement Manager to lead our US procurement function. This role is crucial in contributing to the strategic direction of our Wound Care Operations, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth. The Procurement Manager will lead and develop the local procurement team, manage supplier relationships, and ensure best-in-class procurement practices. What you'll do: + Lead and manage the procurement team to support business targets. + Plan and lead sourcing activities to ensure optimal pricing, quality, delivery, and service. + Secure deliveries from key suppliers through strong partnerships and high-quality agreements. + Conduct effective negotiations to maximize value and achieve balanced agreements. + Monitor and control supplier performance to optimize raw material stock levels. + Collaborate with key functions and departments to provide professional support and advice in sourcing and supplier-related matters. + Manage and develop supplier relationships according to the SRM model. + Improve internal processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and value creation. + Manage global tenders through RFI, RFQ, and other procurement methodologies. + Identify and implement mitigation plans for supply risks.
