Procurement Manager - P2P
**Overview** The Procurement Manager will be a pivotal member of the ABM Procurement team, responsible for overseeing the enterprise Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) system and ensuring efficient and effective support for end-users. This role involves managing a team of procurement specialists, providing strategic direction, and ensuring the seamless operation of procurement processes. The Procurement Manager will also play a key role in driving the company’s overall P2P initiative and technology transformation. **Job Functions:** + Manage and mentor a team of procurement specialists, ensuring high performance and professional + development. + Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment. + P2P System Management: + Oversee the enterprise P2P system, ensuring it meets the needs of the organization. + Provide strategic direction and support for the P2P help desk, addressing process, technical, and customer service issues. + Ensure timely and accurate resolution of invoice reconciliation issues. + Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives for invoice processing. + Drive the development and implementation of a Procurement Center of Excellence (COE). + Support the company’s overall technology transformation and P2P initiatives. + Provide project management and support to the P2P support team and the Sourcing Team. + Lead and participate in cross-functional projects to enhance procurement processes and systems. + Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and address their procurement needs. + Build strong relationships with suppliers and external partners. + Partner with the Category Management team to identify sourcing and savings opportunities, including refining the system as necessary + Provide cross-functional work and leadership as needed to support various initiatives and projects. + Manage the Requisition to Purchase Order (PO) process, including handling Change Requests + Responsible for the Requisition to Purchase Order (Req to PO) Cycle Time metric accordingly + Person will manage all procurement specialists (10) **Requirements:** + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field required + 5+professional experience in procurement, sourcing and/or supply chain management + Solid understanding of a best in class procure to pay process + Strong knowledge in the use of P2P and/or ERP systems; experience with Coupa is a must + Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills; proficient in MS Word + Strong analytical skills and ability to follow up with others on the team and across the business/operations + Collaborative and agile; proven client relationship and influencing skills + Ability to execute the procurement and business strategy + Proven ability to manage a mid to large size team + Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) + Ability to present and clearly explain information to non-technical audiences + Detail oriented with strong time management, organizational skills and ability to adapt to frequent change + Proven ability to effectively juggle multiple priorities, and to prioritize day-to-day responsibilities and projects + Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and has a sense of urgency + Ability to work in team environment + Strong problem-solving skills + Flexible and adaptable to learning and understanding new technologies with the ability to successfully navigate in a complex business environment + Ability to work in fast paced environment and multitask, re-prioritize and manage time effectively + Provide excellent customer service to end users and vendors **Work Environment:** + Domestic travel is negligible + Must live near Sugarland Texas + Hybrid role (T, Wed, TH in Sugarland Texas) **Benefit Information:** ABM offers a comprehensive benefits package.
