This opportunity will Prospect to advance new functionality within the Procurement Operational Excellence team with goal to strengthen and sustain the performance of Procurement by boosting the freedom to negotiate of the sourcing teams, guaranteeing full compliance of our processes, and making Procurement a preferred destination for talent.
What You Will Do:
Work closely with sponsors and key stakeholders to ensure achievement of program goals Lead project management of key initiatives across Procurement Use Ecolab program management best practices, and as needed develop new methods and tools Develop key organizational metrics and sustainable reporting processes Incorporate change leadership in programs to ensure stakeholders make the personal changes needed for program success Develop and manage an effective measurement and reporting system including progress and results tracking, P&L linkage, and other critical metrics Work across organizational boundaries and influence others to achieve program goals Coach and mentor up, across, and down to develop others Participate with rest of Enterprise Excellence PMO team to advance a culture of continuous improvement
Minimum Qualifications
Degree in Business, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or Operations / Supply Chain Management At least 7 years of experience in LSS, Finance or Supply Chain Management. 3 years experience managing a portfolio of cross functional projects or programs. Proven leadership, project management, problem-solving and team development skills Ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the organization, in both written and verbal (presentation) areas Demonstrated success initiating change and process improvement Demonstrated process improvement skills - Green Belt trained, or commitment to complete Green Belt training while in rolePreferred Qualifications
Prior experience in Supply Chain Strong analytical aptitude and organizational skills, high attention to detail and the ability to work independently Overall business acumen and ability to deal with ambiguity Strong business case analytics and ability to build “the story” Strong written and verbal communication with ability to interact with the highest levels of management Results-oriented, proactive, and possesses a high level of integrity Excellent project management skillsAnnual or Hourly Compensation Range
The base salary range for this position is $104,700.00 - $157,100.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.Benefits
