JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Assembles and analyzes information; prepares reports, manuals, agendas, correspondence and memorandum as guided by general company practice
* Establishes and maintains departmental databases and develops spreadsheets of importance to departments on site
* Assists in meeting planning and preparation work needed, i.e., drafting agendas and broader communications
* Coordinates details of departmental meetings and/or on and off-site conferences, site events and site tours
* Coordinates community outreach event(s) representing the site
* May assist with business travel arrangements for department leaders
* Screens/ redirect calls, takes messages, handles mail
* Coordinates activities across departments and follows up to ensure that requests are carried out
* Support accounts payable process, including PR/PR creation & management, invoice payment and vendor communications; contract support for land leases and other services
* Interfaces with other individuals to share and coordinate workload
* Performing additional accountabilities as required

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* High school diploma with 10 years of relevant experience OR
* Associate"s degree with 8 years" experience OR
* BS/BA with 5 years of experience
* Proficiency in PC applications such as Word, Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint, experience with
* PowerApps is a plus
* Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
* Strong interpersonal, organization, prioritization and attention to detail skills required
* Able to work with employees at all levels of the organization
