Job Summary：
As a Procurement Pricing Analyst in Davidson, NC, you will work as part of our global integrated supply chain team and will be responsible for helping to create a resilient supply chain to provide key, innovative and sustainable products for our customers. You will help develop pricing platforms and data analytics tools to enable our procurement teams with enhanced should-costing abilities to improve supplier cost-efficiency while maintaining quality and reliability. Your analyses will help support procurement teams to evaluate supplier pricing with quantitative methods for evaluation of supplier pricing changes based on regional/global pricing indices. Your ability to be creative or innovative with tool development and data analysis will be key as you interact with multiple supplier procurement teams.

Due to the nature of this role, this position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule, with work performed onsite 3 days each week.
What you will do:Help develop and manage tools for collection, analysis and interpretation of supplier and indices pricing. Analyze pricing data to help supplier procurement teams implement procurement strategies and manage supplier relationships.Conduct industry market research to enable enhanced tool development or increase data analytical capabilities based on pricing benchmarks/trends or competition.Interact and collaborate with procurement teams on an ongoing basis to mitigate pricing risks.Provide documentation of pricing analyses for procurement teams.Mentor procurement analyst in their assistance of supplier procurement teams in pricing updates and interpretation of data. What you will bring:Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or Operations 5+ years of pricing analysis, procurement, or sourcing experience.Technical proficiency regarding pricing tools and data analytics.Demonstrated success in working with and/or managing suppliers.Technical skills should include elevated level of proficiency in Excel, data analysis tools, and procurement software.Collaborative, facilitation, consultation, and conflict resolution skills; you will be a trusted business partner and engage both internal and external stakeholders/customers, and we are seeking the ability to collaborate and influence within a highly matrixed environment.Professional communication; both verbal and written are required.
