Job Title: Procurement Process Analyst

Location: ADS Headquarters Virginia Beach, VA (Not Remote)

As we focus on growing our business, providing managers with high quality, reliable information and insights is critical for success. As a Procurement Process Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving these efforts at ADS.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assesses demand, designs account-specific fulfillment methods, and tracks fulfillment through delivery Utilizes workflow methodology to ensure appropriate fulfillment techniques (e.g., compliance, ISO, finance) are consistently adhered to/utilized Monitors procurement orders and ensures proper deliveries are met in alignment with customer expectations Proactively advises leadership on/recommends business process improvements and optimizations (e.g., workflow edits) Manages end-to-end customer procurement experience of assigned accounts (~ 1k accounts) Responsible for completing and maintaining fully auditable records of procurement demand and delivery to Government entities Works closely with other ADS departments to ensure proper account accommodations and internal fiduciary responsibilities are met Advise sales on fulfillment process issues and generate action plans to rectify. Facilitate resolutions efficiently to keep order lifecycle acceptable Ability to utilize data in an effective manner from multiple sources (ie: Email, API, EDI, SQL, etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to effectively prioritize in a high-volume, multi-tasking environment Ability to learn and leverage the program’s Alteryx and Power BI (prior experience Superior attention to detail, results-driven, self-starter with excellent communication, and organizational skills. Highly experience in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.) Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects simultaneously Highly self-motivated
