Job Title: Sourcing Manager
Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Sourcing Manager to lead the development and implementation of strategic sourcing activities in assigned projects, supply base, and categories. The goal is to obtain the best quality, service, and value for products and services through effective bidding, negotiation, and supplier management. The Sourcing Manager will also lead projects and strategies related to product transfers, cost reduction initiatives, supply base optimization, risk assessments, and new product introductions.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategic sourcing activities in assigned projects, supply base, and categories.Lead projects related to product transfers, cost reduction initiatives, supply base optimization, and new product introductions.Conduct effective bidding, negotiation, and supplier management to obtain the best quality, service, and value for products and services.Manage procurement projects, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, continuity of supply, and alignment with project requirements.Analyze procurement data, assess risks, and develop solutions to optimize project outcomes.Communicate effectively with multiple functional groups and stakeholders to ensure alignment, provide progress updates, and resolve issues promptly.Essential SkillsExpertise in developing and executing procurement strategies that align with organizational goals and project timelines.Advanced negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with suppliers and manage contracts effectively.Strong proficiency in analyzing procurement data and developing solutions to optimize project outcomes.Extensive experience in managing procurement projects, including product transfers and cost reduction initiatives.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with procurement management software and tools such as SAP Ariba, Oracle Procurement Cloud, or similar platforms.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years in procurement project management, strategic sourcing, or supplier management.Demonstrated success in managing procurement projects, driving cost savings, managing supplier relationships, and implementing process improvements.Work Environment

The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with a hybrid work model. The candidate must be available to be on-site as needed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
