The Procurement / Real Estate / Facility Coordinator is responsible to maintain the lease administration and support new leases renewals and termination of all our leased locations globally as well as perform day-to-day facility management and management of procurement of services.
The responsibilities are as follows:
Maintain the global administration of property leases and procurement contractsSupport any renewals, terminations or new leases and coordinate with local stakeholdersManage facilities budgets and monitor expenses for all leasesSupport corporate initiativesLiaise with Real Estate brokers / consultants to stay informed about market situationProcuring goods and services for the locationsCoordinates with local admin staff to ensure locations are managed effectively and efficientlyAct as the main contact for our global real estate partners as well as for local lessorsWhat You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in lieu of a degree2+ years of international experience in Office Management and/or Real Estate/Facility Management in a multinational and diverse environmentFluency in EnglishSAP / ERP experience is a plusProficiency in MS ExcelProactive and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage change effectivelyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical and organizational skillsHigh accuracy and attention to detailTeam player with excellent listening skills and diplomacyAbility to thrive within a matrix organization and collaborate with diverse peers on a variety of initiativesWhat We Offer:
