We are looking for:

A Procurement Social Leader to join our Procurement Sustainability Growth & Innovation team. Based in Italy, Portugal, or Spain, you will play a pivotal role in driving Syensqo's sustainability initiatives across supply chains, focusing on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), human rights, diversity, equity, inclusion (DEI), and supplier engagement.

 

We count on you for:

Leading Supplier ESG Assessments:

Organize campaigns to assess supplier ESG performance using third-party platforms such as EcoVadis. Support buyers and suppliers through the onboarding process for ESG assessments and audits. Track and report on the progress of supplier ESG evaluations and ratings.

Addressing ESG Risks in Supply Chains:

Implement ESG risk management processes, focusing on high-risk value chains and countries. Collaborate with buyers and Corporate Compliance to monitor supplier mitigation action plans for human rights risks. Oversee the supply chain due diligence process and ensure consistent reporting.

Developing Social Programs:

Create and lead initiatives on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and living wages within the supply chain. Foster supplier engagement and drive measurable improvements in social performance metrics.

 

You will bring:

Experience:

At least 5 years of relevant professional experience. Background in sustainability, operations, business, or innovation is a plus.

Skills:

Passion for sustainability and social responsibility topics. Strong presentation, communication, and analytical skills. Digital and creative mindset for innovative problem-solving. Proven organizational and planning abilities, with experience in quality or data management. Enthusiasm for building and animating networks or communities to keep stakeholders engaged.

Knowledge:

Familiarity with procurement practices is an advantage. Fluency in English is mandatory.
