Procurement Specialist 4
Our client is seeking a Procurement Specialist 4 to join their team in Fort Worth, TX. Responsible for identifying and leading appropriate field resources to execute initiatives, manage supplier relationships as it relates to administrative and operational activities and issues. Ensure contracting, COI, reporting and procurement standards are maintained throughout the portfolio. **Job Title: Procurement Specialist 4** **Location: Fort Worth, TX** **What’s the Job?** + Provide support to Integrated Facilities client and internal stakeholders related to optimization of JLL managed services operations and sourcing strategies. + Closely participate in and with clients and Jones Lang LaSalle Sourcing and Facility teams to drive both immediate and sustained benefits to the client. + Follow established contract processes and provide data entry/management support via SCMP technology platform. + Responsible for data integrity of contract database and other data management tools. + Maintain contract and supplier files to ensure compliance with JLL and client requirements, administration of supplier files, certificates of insurance, amendments, letters and other contractual documents. + Partner with operations team by providing management, detailed instruction and continuous follow-up to support the operations teams in daily sourcing and supply chain related activities. + Establish relationship with client's Legal and Risk Management teams to ensure all contractual terms and conditions comply with standard or other contract changes and are formally reviewed and approved by legal/risk management. + Be proactive and manage internal and external customer expectations. + Support operations in the preparation and management of budgets. + Responsible for implementation, coordination and communication of regional and national programs. + Ensure compliance to JLL and client's sourcing and contracting policies, procedures, risk management programs, and ethics. + Research key suppliers, conduct Request for Proposals (RFP) and Request For Quotes (RFQ), analyze results and communicate recommendations to client per Sourcing Policies. + Evaluate, negotiate, create, and manage contracts for Goods and Services. + Resolve issues with Operations teams, and/or suppliers to assure client satisfaction, customer satisfaction. **What’s Needed?** + Excellent Inter-personal skills, Organization skills, Strong Analytical Ability, Proven ability to lead project teams in decentralized environment. + Excellent communication skills – oral and written. + 4+ years strategic sourcing/procurement/contracts experience + Project management and business transitions experience preferred. + Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS Office applications + Ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
