Responsibilities Provide data analytics for new sourcing and procurement projectsCreate and maintain excellent relationships with current and prospective vendorsEstimate cost parameters and budgets for purchasesDevelop programs to discover cost reductions with current vendors, while actively seeking new suppliersReview and analyze all suppliers and pricing optionsReconcile financial transactionsAssist in Request For Proposal preparations and data analyticsCoordinate with Accounting and Finance to ensure accurate general ledger entriesCommunicate with field operators on new and current projectsDirect and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in PCard related buying as it relates to distributing materials, equipment, and suppliesWork with team members and procurement managers to complete duties as neededOther job duties and responsibilities will be assigned Qualifications Bachelors degree in business or related field is requiredMust have ability to work independently with a high level of organizationStrong communication, mathematical and managerial skills are requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel)Demonstrate expertise in drafting and analyzing mass amounts of financial data, business documents and/or other agreements while assuring compliance with applicable laws, guidelines and contract terms About our Line of Business BrightSpring Health Services provides complementary and integrated home- and community-based pharmacy and health solutions for complex populations in need of specialized and/or chronic care.
