Procurement Specialist
The Procurement Specialist is responsible for ensuring the efficient, timely, and accurate acquisition of goods and services for our client's employees. This role involves managing the entire procurement process in collaboration with assigned bureaus, ensuring adherence to governmental procurement guidelines and policies. Key responsibilities include:
Reviewing, verifying, and processing requisitions; creating and maintaining Purchase Orders and ContractsManaging contracts from inception to completion and serving as the primary point of contact for vendorsAssisting the Director in preparing Requests for Response (RFRs), drafting detailed scopes of services, and participating in the analysis and review of responsesPartnering with key stakeholders to promote understanding of Equitable Procurement practicesCollaborating with finance departments to ensure accurate project setup and approval processesResolving issues related to incomplete or inaccurate invoices in coordination with PayablesGenerating various data analysis reports for internal and external reporting purposesIdentifying and reporting key metrics by categories and typesParticipating in projects with third-party software consultants to implement system improvementsProviding contract information and supporting documentation for internal and external audits FT1391194CCK_1734448724 To Apply for this Job Click Here
