Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in electronics, supply chain management, and procurement processes. This role involves managing vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with requisitions and contracts, and maintaining material inventory levels. You will play a critical role in ensuring that equipment and supplies are purchased at the best price and delivered on time.
ResponsibilitiesReview requisitions, contracts, and vendors, examine quotes, and make purchases.Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and distributors to secure the best prices, delivery terms, payment terms, and customer satisfaction.Conduct compliance reviews of requisitions, purchase orders, contracts, and vendor performance.Expedite the delivery of purchased materials, equipment, and supplies as required.Manage material inventory, ensuring proper levels are maintained to meet forecasted or released requirements.Pull Production Work Orders (PWOs) based on Pick Lists/BOMs and ensure timely filling of shortages.Conduct weekly cycle counts to ensure actual inventory counts are synchronized with the computer system.Ensure all material transactions and movements are properly accounted for in the computer system.Essential Skills4-5 years of experience in an electronics environment.Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, or a related field.Experience with Sage 300.Strong experience working with contract manufacturers.Proficiency in ERP and SAP systems.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, or a related field.Experience with Sage 300.Strong electronics experience working with contract manufacturers.Work Environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $60000.00
