担任此职务时,您将是作为采购运营部门的协调者,负责中国区采购部门数字化工具和系统的开发与实施,同时,你将负责中国区各部门和工厂的协调与事项处理。您将负责管理业务利益相关者与采购团队之间的互动,并与制造、供应链和商务团队进行协作。您还将负责管理区域或全球项目的本地实施。

In this role, you are the single point of contact for local leaders in a specific geographic or plant location. You will take the responsibility on the digitalization tools and system development and implementation. Meanwhile, you manage the interactions between business stakeholders and sourcing teams and collaborate across the manufacturing, supply chain and the commercial business. You also manage the local implementation of regional and/or global projects.

How you will contribute

You will execute the daily procurement agenda by acting as the point of contact for the procurement function at a site, in a country, and will oversee the daily interaction with plants, supply chain, commercial teams, quality assurance, sourcing teams and suppliers. You will also deliver service-level targets by ensuring material availability, escalating when needed, and support business continuity planning implementation, activating when needed, support the execution of sourcing projects and execute sourcing/spot-buying or contracting activities as agreed with the accountable spend areas, and own the source-to-pay process compliance key indicators and take corrective action when necessary.

Responsibility

Coordinate and build good relationship between suppliers/plants/sourcing team, base on high service level and good quality. Ensure efficient and effective operational procurement processes. Up to date and complete master data and availability of required documents Drive process optimization by utilizing concepts such as LEAN etc. Coordinate availability of update to date and completes master data and documents such as certificates. Support in the digitalization of procurement processes Track on the daily raw material operation, issue handling, improvement projects Power users for MDLZ material management system,like SAP/MSM/Cmaas etc Contract upload and maintenance Coordinate the system tools implement like VSM/Supplier segmentation/MSM Complete other related tasks assigned by line manager

     

Requirement

Bachelor degree and above,at least 2 years of working experience in Procurement/Planning/Foreign Trade, FMCG company will be preferredStrong communication skill, high motivated, be good at project management/problem solvingCustomer service orientationOpen minded and passionate on taking challenging tasks, managing multiple priorities, and the willingness and ability to learn.Excellent command of MS office/SAP, familiar with digital tools will be preferred.Good English skills in both writing and speaking
