**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Procurement Specialist you will assist with supplier’s contract agreements, vendors performance reporting, various savings activities and investigation of suppliers efficiencies and innovations across several EMEA countries where CBRE is providing FM services to the client.
This job is part of the Supply Chain function. They are responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods, services, or raw materials from vendors and suppliers.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Track contract agreements, amendments, addendums, exhibits, and schedules, ensuring that all documents areproperly executed.
+ Maintain up-to-date records of agreement status throughout the contract process.
+ Track expiring contracts, renewals, and terminations.
+ Maintain a comprehensive database of all required vendor contracts.
+ Provide support for Annual Supply Chain Savings Plan by leading small procurement projects like benchmarking and market RFPs, as needed.
+ Support with maintaining savings reporting delivered to the client by Value Track system.
+ Collect key suppliers performance data thru iRisk platform and prepare quarterly data to support on reports to the client detailing outcomes of these reviews.
+ Investigate appropriate supply chain innovations and efficiencies and support in the implementation.
+ Cooperate with and support CBRE Operation teams across EMEA in Supply Chain related topics.
**What You’ll Need:**
+ High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
+ Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
+ Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
+ Fluent English in speaking and writing (Polish would be an asset).
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Working knowledge of Google tools and products will be an added value..
+ Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
+ Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of the organization.
+ Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently.
