Description We are in search of a Procurement Specialist for our Government sector team based in Coconut Creek, Florida. The chosen candidate will serve a critical role in managing the procurement processes, working with various ERP solutions, and ensuring efficient buying processes. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Handle the bidding process for government or construction projects • Utilize templates for invitations for bids, RFP/RFQ • Operate and navigate through the software, Imawave technologies • Leverage skills in CRM and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning • Manage 3M and Coupa systems effectively • Oversee budget processes related to procurement activities • Ensure high levels of customer service during procurement dealings • Handle invoicing related tasks effectively • Adapt to the About Time management system • Maintain regular working hours from Monday to Thursday, 7 am to 6 pm. Requirements • Proficiency in 3M, a vital tool for procurement processes • Hands-on experience with Coupa, a leading procurement software • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to manage vendor relationships • Knowledge and experience in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, for streamlining procurement operations • Experience with ERP Solutions for enhancing procurement efficiency • Familiarity with About Time, a tool for tracking procurement timelines • Understanding of budget processes, crucial for procurement planning and management • Expertise in buying processes, a core function of the Procurement Specialist role • Strong customer service skills to handle vendor queries and concerns effectively • Experience in managing invoices, an essential part of the procurement process.
