Procurement Specialist
Job Description

Manage operational purchasing in assigned areas/countries, ensuring compliance and executing the Category Strategy per the Supplier Portfolio Strategy and Guidebook.

Key Success Criteria: Deliver procurement services aligned with SLAs and KPIs, driving continuous improvements. Act as a procurement advisor, ensuring compliance and supporting internal stakeholders. Provide insights for improvements (e.g., catalog expansion, invoice issue resolution). Deliver projects on time while meeting stakeholder expectations. Identify and leverage cost-saving opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Procurement Operations: Oversee procurement processes, ensuring alignment with KPIs. Compliance: Promote compliance while maintaining user-friendliness. Catalog Management: Expand and optimize catalogs, increasing adoption. Category Management: Utilize strategic suppliers, provide feedback, and manage category projects. Systems Expertise: Efficiently handle procurement systems and processes. Continuous Improvement: Train team members and ensure high-quality input. Performance Improvement: Stay updated on procurement trends and contribute to optimization efforts. Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and regional teams. Processes & Tools:

MS Office, BI/P01, SAP Ariba, Intranet, Performance Management Systems, SAP, Procurement Catalogs.

Qualifications: Mandatory: Procurement understanding, Microsoft Office, Project Management, Negotiations. Preferred: SAP/BW knowledge. Languages: English: Level 4. Experience & Background: Experience: 3-5 years. Education: Bachelor's degree. Preferred Experience: Procurement, legal, customer service, accounting, logistics.
