Position: Procurement Specialist

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: This role will support Unilever Nutrition and Logistics Procurement team to manage tail spend items and support delivering master data management, including:
Tail-spend portfolio management:
Full contracting cycle for tail spend materials and services: from creation and administration of Tenders to the negotiation and closure of contract
Build strong relationships and work collaboratively with suppliers, ensuring products are delivered at high quality and service and with compliance to Unilever’s Responsible Partner Policy and Supplier quality assurance.
Continuously scans the market to benchmark Unilever’s performance vs. Competitors and update on external factors such as general inflation, wages, fuel movements, utilities, etc.
Master data management and reporting:
Manage up-to-date Procurement master data including material master data, supplier master data/ required certificates, price list, specification signed off, supplier conformance to Unilever’s Responsible Partner Policy and Unilever’s Security & Safety Standards.
Support with collecting, analyzing, and interpreting procurement data to identify trends, opportunities for cost savings, and areas for process improvement.
Manage accurate and timely contract creation, sign-off, and uploads on system.
Manage accurate and timely savings and pricing reporting

Extensive knowledge of existing supply chain configuration and integrated networks

QUALIFICATIONS:
Academic Background: Degree in Business, Finance or related field
Relevant Experience:
People management (preferred, but not required)
Data Analysis
2 years procurement experience in an FMCG. Exposure to global & regional work experience is an advantage
Good command of English & Thai
