**Job Summary:** CBRE is seeking a highly experienced Procurement Senior Manager to oversee our procurement operations and strategy. This role ensures that our organization acquires the necessary materials and services to meet quality, volume, availability, and pricing requirements. The ideal candidate will manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and implement systems to monitor performance and mitigate risks.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Collaborate with sourcing teams to standardize requirements and achieve cost savings.
+ Develop and execute sourcing, procurement, and compliance strategies.
+ Ensure supplier quality and compliance with certifications and service levels.
+ Manage strategic tender processes, including supplier sourcing and contract negotiations.
+ Support category managers in their strategic processes and initiatives.
+ Implement programs for improved value creation, spend visibility, and customer satisfaction.
+ Maintain procurement policies and procedures to align with global standards.
+ Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers.
+ Oversee procurement systems and prepare necessary documentation and reports.
+ Manage and mentor procurement staff, ensuring performance and development.
**Requirements:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
+ Minimum of 5 years in a Procurement role.
+ Experience in IT procurement.
+ Fluent in English, with strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
+ Regional experience.
+ Strong understanding of procurement policies and compliance.
+ Excellent negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
+ Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and change management capabilities.
+ Proficient in MS Office and familiar with ERP platforms.
+ Ability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities effectively.
