Procurement System Solutions Manager
The Opportunity 

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a Procurement System Solutions Manager for our West Yellowstone locations (Mountain and west Yellowstone locations). As a Procurement System Solutions Manager. you will be responsible for contributing to the overarching operational growth strategy and execution by supporting new and existing field operations for BirchStreet and operational openings, trainings, and maintenance, at multiple locations.

Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $56900 - $76800 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with up to 4% company match  Annual performance bonus based on level, as well as individual, company, and location performance Paid vacation days and holidays Paid parental bonding leave Tuition and/or professional certification reimbursement Generous friends-and-family discounts at many of our hotels and resorts Responsibilities  Support BirchStreet implementation for food and beverage and property operations, manage opening timelines, organize necessary resources, and act as a BirchStreet liaison for programming, operational support, and compliance  Conduct BirchStreet Training for new users, ensure the property's compliance with company standards, and manage the BirchStreet inventory module for accurate inventory, including spoilage and transfers  Maintain accurate BirchStreet data (including recipes) and assist operational teams with best practices to address inefficiencies in procurement and inventory processes   Conduct quality assurance assessments and coordinate response teams for multitasking on several projects simultaneously  Assist operational teams with training, on-site food safety, and guest service audits, overcoming challenges in day-to-day operations, and streamlining efficiencies  Participate in food and beverage menu reviews, recipe management, support rate review processes, and cross-department strategy initiatives, supporting enterprise goals related to top shelf, sustainability efforts   Qualifications  Minimum of 5 years of operational experience  BirchStreet experience or similar   Experience dealing with a variety of disciplines and ability to organize material from a variety of resources into a coherent opening plan  Minimum of 5 years of training experience preferred  Experience in purchasing, accounts payable process, and inventory management process preferred    Ability to travel up to 40% Shift Details
