About your team:

 

Interactive Brokers is seeking an experienced Procurement System Administrator to join the Procurement Strategy and Systems team, which is responsible for maintaining the ongoing reliability, performance, management, and support of Source-to-Pay procurement systems. The Strategy and Systems team is responsible for developing and managing Source-to-Pay (S2P) policies, processes, systems, and reporting for the overall Procurement organization. We are currently leading a procurement digital transformation initiative, including a Source-to-Contract (S2C) platform upgrade and the implementation of a new Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solution and seeking the right person to help deliver a successful outcome and provide ongoing support and maintenance of these solutions.

 

What will be your responsibilities within IBKR: 

 

Provision roles and provide the initial training/content for all new users on the Source-to-Pay (S2P) platform.  Responsible for S2P configuration, data maintenance/management, help desk support tickets and ad-hoc support to the Procurement organization.  Assist with Source-to-Pay system upgrades and implementations, including UAT and user training. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor Procurement and system performance.  Configure monthly and quarterly dashboards and reports for various departments. Build and support ongoing automation initiatives to guide decisions and actions that support Procurement strategy.  Monitor and regularly report on usage of Source-to-Pay tools and implement plans for improving tool usage/value.  Conduct regularly scheduled maintenance of the Source-to-Pay platform and requisite data elements.  Liaise with the Procurement team, Risk Groups, Legal and business stakeholders to assess additions, removals, and changes of business objects (suppliers, users, items, accounts, etc.)  Assess implications of new software releases, configure accordingly, and support change management.  Deliver ad hoc requests, special projects, reporting, and status inquiries.  Document technologies, workflows, user stories and processes 

 

Which skills are required:

 

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Or equivalent work experience. Five years of relevant experience in Procurement, Finance, IT, or related functions, with responsibly as a system administrator with S2P technologies such as SAP/Ariba, Zycus, Coupa, iValua, GEP, etc. (iValua and GEP preferred) Three years of experience maintaining system data, configuration, and integrations for SaaS/On-prem solutions with regular upgrades.  Familiarity with the procurement lifecycle, including supplier onboarding, sourcing, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), contracting, catalog management, and the PR / PO process. Strong project management, business systems analysis, and reporting skills  Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and suppliers to accomplish daily tasks and drive issue resolution.  Technical configuration skills with basic knowledge of relational databases and SQL language. Familiarity with managing integrated source to pay platforms.  Familiarity with SSO (Single Sign-On) multi-factor authentication tools. Familiarity with ServiceNow and JIRA for tracking and completing system requests  Familiarity with Confluence for policy and procedure publication
