Producer Support Representative

Position:Producer Support Representative

Position Summary:Provides technical support to the producer community in use of the Producer Portal. Assists the producer community in researching application movement to membership and helps with the resolution of any obstacles. Works with the market lead(s) to assist with producer onboarding. Functions as a liaison with other departments on the producers behalf.

Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities

Assists producers with Producer Portal technical issues, annual certifications, & telephonic enrollments.Assists current members with application for OSB opt in (Client restrictive).Supports producers with resolving an assortment of problems spanning across multiple departments.Covers phone queue & maintains a ticketing system to track inbound calls and emails to Producer Support.Coaches producers on use of self service Editor to update PII.Researches the CMS system for beneficiary verification as requested by the producer.Completes client special request and reporting as needed.Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent1+ years of relevant experience in healthcare, Medicare, or Medicaid environment or the knowledge, skills, and abilities to succeed in the roleProficient knowledge of the Producer Portal, CMS System, and self-service editorStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work with other in a flexible, cooperative, and collaborative mannerGood customer service skills with the ability to demonstrate courtesy, compassion, and helpfulness in a professional mannerFavorable computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and WordGood multi-tasking, prioritization, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work a rotating shift between 7 am and 7 pm (3 shifts) and to provide phone queue coverage for 5 days a week 9 months of the year and 6 days the week 3 months of the year

While performing the duties of this job, the employee works in normal office working conditions.

The hiring range for this position is:

$44,100.00-$54,825.00
